Returns

Boutique Gabanique will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition.

 

Please note that return shipping is paid for and arranged by the customer. 

 

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Boutique Gabanique will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.

 

Shipping and Delivery Terms

All shipping costs will be incurred by the buyer. An estimated shipping cost can be calculated prior to purchase by contacting the seller. Alternatively, if you live in the Essex County region a pick-up may be arranged at no cost.  

 

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. Contact BoutiqueGabanique@gmail.com to discuss the best delivery options for where you live. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

P.O. Box Shipping

Boutique Gabanique will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Sales Tax

Sales tax on children's clothing in Ontario is only 5%. However this retailer does not sell enough product to qualify to remit taxes therefore taxes are NOT applied to sales.
