This sleeveless cotton blend dress buttons at the shoulders and flares out at the waist.  It is double sided on the bodice with lace trim along the hem.  The waist measures 20" or 51 cm around and the length is 14" or 26 cm from back of neck to bottom of hem. Machine washable and dryable and press with a warm iron.
