This one piece romper features a cleopatra style gathered neckline and ends just below the knee for a balloon effect at the bottom.  It has been sewn in this gorgous Painterly fabric from the Robert Kaufman Collection from The Fabric Curator.  It is 100 % cotton and is fully machine washable and dryable.  It can also be pressed with a hot iron.  The measurements are 16 inches or 41 cm from the top of the collarbone to the crotch.
